Nylon Filter Bags use strong nylon monofilament mesh manufactured with a precise plain weave and heat-setting treatment. This construction provides consistent pore openings, a smooth surface and evenly spaced holes for predictable particle retention during liquid filtration.
The bags are designed as an affordable and reliable option for general-purpose industrial liquid filtration. Their smooth monofilament surface helps reduce fiber migration, while the durable mesh can be washed and reused multiple times when the application and cleaning procedure are suitable. Nylon mesh is also suitable for high-viscosity liquids and provides excellent resistance to alkaline liquids.
Nylon monofilament filter bags are available in standard bag sizes, multiple micron ratings and several ring or collar configurations. Custom sizes are available upon request. Food-grade compliance is available for suitable food and beverage applications; the applicable certification and process requirements should be confirmed before use.
