High Efficiency Filter Bags are designed for industrial liquid filtration applications that require high particle removal efficiency, long service life and high contaminant-holding capacity. The product range includes LCR-100, LCR-500, AGF and PGF series bags for different filtration requirements.
The bags are made from multiple layers of melt-blown polypropylene microfiber media. Their layered structure helps retain particles throughout the depth of the media and can provide removal efficiencies of up to 99% or higher, depending on the selected series, model and test condition. The microfiber structure can also help break up and retain gelatinous contamination within the filter media.
LCR series bags combine particulate filtration with oil adsorption. The LCR-100 series is designed for oil removal and general particle retention, while the LCR-500 series provides higher dirt-holding capacity and is designed for applications requiring extended service life, high contaminant loading and removal of gelatinous contamination. LCR bags are suitable for selected applications involving water, inks, paints, coating fluids and other process liquids, subject to material compatibility confirmation.
AGF and PGF series bags are high-efficiency absolute rated filter bags designed for demanding particle removal applications. Their fully welded construction helps reduce bypass caused by sewing holes and supports reliable sealing. They can be used as an alternative to selected pleated cartridge filtration systems where the required flow rate, efficiency, pressure and chemical compatibility are satisfied.
Pure polypropylene media contain no silicone oil and are suitable for selected automotive paint and coating applications. Food-grade compliant materials are available for suitable food and beverage applications. The relevant certification, test conditions and final product configuration should be confirmed before use.
LCR-100 filter bags combine oil adsorption with particulate removal. The series uses several layers of melt-blown polypropylene microfiber media and is available in LCR-113, LCR-123, LCR-114, LCR-124, LCR-115, LCR-125, LCR-116, LCR-126, LCR-118, LCR-128, LCR-119, LCR-129 and LCR-130 configurations.
The data sheet lists a dirt-holding capacity of 250 g for the LCR-100 series. LCR-100 bags are suitable for applications where oil removal and particle filtration are required in the same process.
LCR-500 filter bags are designed for long service life, high dirt loading and absolute particle removal. Their special multi-layer structure helps increase dirt-holding capacity and retain gelatinous contamination. The data sheet lists a dirt-holding capacity of 1000 g for the LCR-500 series.
The available configurations listed in the data sheet are LCR-522, LCR-525, LCR-527 and LCR-529.
AGF filter bags are designed for high-efficiency particle removal. The available configurations are AGF-51, AGF-53, AGF-55, AGF-57 and AGF-59. The data sheet lists particle removal performance from greater than 60% to greater than 99.9%, depending on the model and particle size.
PGF filter bags are designed for high-efficiency fine particle removal. The data sheet lists PGF-50 with removal performance greater than 95%, greater than 99% and greater than 99.9% at the stated particle sizes.
